We do our best to display accurate product details, images, and sizing guides. All our denim and fashion items are original Genoa designs. Please note that actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting during photoshoots. All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

All Genoa products are crafted with high-quality materials, but we recommend following the care instructions on each item to maintain its condition. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or incorrect washing.

3. ↩️ Return & Exchange Policy

You can inspect your order before you pay, and request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to all products, including discounted items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Read our full Refund Policy

Orders must be fully paid before dispatch unless using Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud.

We deliver across Egypt. Estimated delivery times may vary due to location, peak periods, or courier delays.
